FAQs

I just signed up! What do I do next?
Start shopping! We offer a variety of subscription boxes and add-on products. Once you select a box (or boxes!) and checkout, just sit back and wait for your box to ship. We’ll be in touch with tracking information as soon as your products are on their way to you!

Can I customize my box?
Yes, your box is customized to you and your preferences. Choose the brands you know and love, and be sure to shop our add-on products at any time if you want more added to your box.

Are there any extra fees for subscribing?
Your subscription is a set price. Shipping and handling fees, and sales tax will be applied to your order.

If I change my mind, can I cancel?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you have any questions regarding your account or subscription status, please contact us at info@mybroadbox.com.

Can I shop even if I don’t subscribe?
Yes! We offer one time purchases on our BabyBox, gift set, and gift card options. All of our other products are subscription-based, but you can change or cancel your subscriptions at any time.

 

Shipping

How is Broad Box shipped?
We have a flat rate $6.95 charge for all Continental U.S. orders, $10.95 for Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territory orders, and a $16.95 flat rate shipping charge to Canada. Broad Box uses only major carriers for shipping such as Fedex, UPS, and USPS. Shipping methods for monthly boxes and gift subscriptions cannot be modified. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Is Broad Box shipping available outside the US?
Broad Box is currently available in the U.S., U.S. territories, and Canada. (Other countries coming soon!)

 

Billing & Payment

When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing and shipping cycle.

What forms of payment can I use?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, gift cards, or debit cards. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, or link routing numbers to your account.

 

Return Policy

I’m having second thoughts. Can I return my order?
Yes! You’ll have 30 days to return any products for a refund, less shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

Gifts

I want to send a subscription to Broad Box as a gift. Can I do that?
Yes, we offer Gift Sets as well as Gift Cards that can be used for subscriptions. Gift Cards will be electronically delivered to recipients, to be applied to their cart prior to checkout.
